How a visit works

This page answers the questions people ask before booking: what happens in the session, what to bring, what you leave with, and what it costs. The online screening is free, runs from anywhere, and puts a summary of the result on your screen straight away; the full assessment and the clinical interpretation happen at the clinic in Quchan.

Brand artwork. It shows no measurement, no patient and no real session.

Two routes, and which one you need

The centre works along two routes, and they do not replace each other:

  • Online screening — free, immediate. From any city, in your own browser. Photographs are never uploaded; all processing happens on your own device, and the summary of the result appears straight away. No account is needed.
  • An appointment — measurement and clinical interpretation. Measurement under controlled conditions, a physical examination, and a programme written for you. This is the step a browser tool cannot take.

If you are not sure which you need, start with the online screening. It costs nothing, and its result is the thing you will end up discussing on the phone.

Before you come: what to bring

  • Do not wear clothing that hides the body's alignment. Close-fitting sportswear, or a vest and shorts, photograph best.
  • Bring the shoes you actually wear — the wear pattern on a sole tells us something no measurement replaces.
  • Any previous records: radiographs, MRI, physiotherapy notes, a doctor's prescription.
  • Your online screening report, if you ran one. Print it, or send it over WhatsApp.

What happens in the session

  1. HistoryWhere the pain is, since when, what makes it worse and what makes it better. Injury history, sport and occupation are recorded here too.
  2. Photography under controlled conditionsFrom the standard views, with the camera at a fixed distance and height. That control is what makes a measurement repeatable.
  3. MeasurementAnatomical landmarks are marked on the photograph and the angles and distances are computed. If gait needs assessing, video is recorded as well.
  4. Clinical examinationStandard tests for the region you are complaining about. A number on its own is not a diagnosis; this step is what gives the number meaning.
  5. Going through the result with youEach number is shown against its reference range, so it is clear how far from typical it sits.
  6. The programmeWhere corrective exercise is indicated, the programme is written from those measurements — not picked off a standard list.

How long it takes

The online screening returns its result immediately; the time you spend is time spent getting the photography right, because a wrong camera distance or height invalidates the measurement.

How long an appointment runs depends on which assessments are done — posture analysis, musculoskeletal screening and gait analysis are three separate pieces of work. Ask when you book; no figure is printed here that the centre has not given.

What you leave with

What this centre produces is a numerical report, not a label. The full report carries the annotated photographs, each measured angle against its reference range, a left-versus-right comparison chart, and the exercise programme. It prints, and it comes in two versions: one for you, and a clinical one to hand to your own doctor or physiotherapist.

Its real value is the second time. Once today's angle is a specific number, the same measurement can be repeated eight to twelve weeks later and compared. Without a baseline number, that comparison cannot be made.

Fees

These are the services the centre charges for at the clinic, at its 1405 (2026–27) tariff. The online screening on this site is free and needs no account. Dollar figures are converted from the toman tariff at the rate noted under the table.

Where the clinic is, and when it is open

The clinic: wall bars, resistance bands, plyometric boxes and the certificate wall.
The clinic in Quchan — a real photograph, not a render.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account, or a payment, to use the online screening?

No. The online screening is free, needs no account, and puts a summary of the result on your screen straight away. Your photographs are never uploaded either — all the processing happens inside your own browser.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on which assessments are done, and the centre has not given a single figure to publish. Ask when you book; you will get a more accurate answer on the phone than from a general number here.

What should I wear?

Something that does not hide the body's alignment: close-fitting sportswear, or a vest and shorts. In loose clothing the anatomical landmarks cannot be identified on the photograph and the measurement loses its accuracy.

What does a custom insole cost, and how long does it take?

The service is listed in the table on this page, and the fee covers the scan and one pair, delivered in five working days. ⚠️ Ordering is not open at the moment — the scanner has not arrived at the centre yet. Call the clinic to ask when it starts.

Does this replace seeing a doctor?

No. What this centre produces is screening and measurement, not a medical diagnosis. If a measurement shows something that needs medical investigation, the next step is a doctor — and a numerical report is exactly what makes that appointment more useful.

How soon should I come back for a follow-up?

To judge whether a corrective exercise programme has worked, eight to twelve weeks is the usual interval. Sooner than that, angles rarely show a meaningful change.
