1. Scope
These terms cover purchases made online on this site: the full posture analysis report, the full screening report, the exercise programme (weekly, monthly, yearly) and the practitioner and coach plan (weekly, monthly, yearly).
The clinic's in-person services (assessment, exercise sessions, insoles and so on) are booked and paid separately and are not covered here.
2. What the services are
Everything in this shop is digital and becomes active on your account on this site at once. Nothing is shipped.
These tools are for screening and education. They do not replace clinical examination, medical imaging or a physician's diagnosis.
If pain, numbness or any new symptom appears while you follow an exercise programme, stop and contact the clinic or your doctor.
3. Your account
You need to sign in or create an account to buy. A purchase is active only on that account and cannot be moved to another.
An account belongs to one person. The practitioner plan is for a practitioner or coach working with their own clients; several practitioners may not share one account.
Keeping the password safe is the account holder's responsibility. If you think someone has used your account, change the password and tell the clinic.
4. Prices and payment
Each product's price, in toman, is on its page in the shop. The server charges from that same tariff.
Payment goes through the Zarinpal bank gateway and the Shaparak network. Enter your card number and PIN only on the bank gateway's page; the clinic never asks for your card PIN.
A price change does not affect a purchase already made.
Every payment is recorded with its status and reference under Payments on your account.
5. Activation
A purchase becomes active as soon as the bank confirms it, and you are brought back to your account.
If a payment failed but money left your account, the bank returns it within 72 hours under Shaparak rules.
If a payment succeeded (you have a reference) but the purchase is not on your account, contact the clinic with the reference. The purchase is activated or the full amount is refunded.
6. How long a purchase lasts
Full report (posture or screening): each purchase is one credit. A credit does not expire; once spent on an analysis, that analysis's full report stays open on your account, and opening the same photographs again costs nothing more.
Exercise programme and practitioner plan: 7, 30 or 365 days from activation. Buying again before a period ends adds the new period after the current one.
Practitioner free trial: once per practitioner account, for the full report and exercise programme of one analysis, so you can see how the system works before buying a plan.
7. Refunds
Everything in this shop is digital and delivered as soon as it is paid for, so a purchase is refunded only in two cases:
A technical fault: the payment succeeded but the purchase did not become active on the account, or the report or programme bought does not open or is incomplete because of a technical fault and the clinic cannot fix it within 7 days.
A duplicate or mistaken payment (paying twice for one purchase, for example): the extra amount is refunded in full.
A refunded purchase is removed from the account.
8. Asking for a refund

Requests are reviewed within 3 working days and you are told the result. An approved refund is paid within 7 working days to the card you paid with, or to a Sheba account in the account holder's name.
9. Misuse
If an account is used to get around payment, shared between several people, or to harm the site, the clinic may disable it.

11. Changes and disputes
The clinic may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the terms on this page at the time it was made.
If a dispute arises, contact the clinic first so it can be settled by talking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
